Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at zd999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. You may only deposit funds from your own mobile wallet — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically delivered to your wallet within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification may be required when processing a withdrawal request.
3.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on zd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available. By using our platform, you acknowledge that all your financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered users at zd999 are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable once only — per user, per household, or per device.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been completed.
- Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
- zd999 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, zd999 reserves the right to investigate the account.
4.4 VIP Program
The zd999 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and account activity.
Betting & Gaming
5.1 Game Fairness

5.2 Betting Limits

- Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.

- Attempting to hack into or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
- Betting on the platform using third-party funds.
Account Suspension & Closure

zd999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
